Sigh. I made changes to my #comcast plan this month, have been told by numerous people that my bill is $76 (which I paid), not the $132 I keep getting reminders about. If I get a late fee or credit report mark because @comcastcares agents have lied... Ugh. Just fix my balance.

Horrible customer service from @comcast @Xfinity My cable box went out. First they sent me through automated system. When that didn’t work. made me text a tech for 2 hours! 140 text messages. REFUSED multiple requests to speak to someone. Awful treatment of 20yr customer 😡

Decided to cancel CBS All Access because I wasn’t watching any of those shows. I honestly only had it for Jordan Peele’s version of the Twilight Zone. I’ll just wait for @hbomax next year. I’m satisfied with what I have on my Roku and our Xfinity package for now 👌🏾.

When I moved a few months ago, I used @Comcast’s moving tool to add service at my new house. Shirt off date at the old house was set for a month away.It all worked flawlessly.Except for the part where Comcast still sends the bills to the old house and won’t let me change it.

@thtotherblckguy Yeah that will help tremendously I tried to get that **** from a corner to my whole house and never could get it to work got them to move it and added a few xfi pods from xfinity and works like a dream now.
