If you ever get an in flight offer on a @SouthwestAir flight about their @Chase credit card, take screenshots of that offer! They will send an "exclusive offer" email that has no information about the exact offer, then bait and switch you for a different offer. Terrible.

@Chase the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with , the hold department wait line to talk to a representative takes 2+ hrs and when I actually talked to him he hung up after he told me to wait, when I called again and waited 2+ hrs the rep answered and hung up immediately

and i did spend 2 hours on the phone yesterday and 3 hours in a branch today with no further progress made and was told no less than three diff excuses for why i didn’t have access to my money, so i’m extra confused bestie @ChaseSupport!!!!

@JoyKarley @DanPriceSeattle @Chase There is a cost for the bank to handle your account (people, systems & processing, branches), which they can recoup if you maintain a certain balance. Why do you expect the bank to provide the service for free at a net loss?

@ChaseSupport @ContactsDirect your Shop Through Chase linkage is broken. I made two purchases in 2021 and the bonus points were never deposited to CSR card. I don't know how to fix this.
